You can upgrade to Papeer Pro at any time in the app. If you have an active Pro subscription, the status is shown in your Settings, and features unlock instantly.
You retain access to your documents and archive. Pro features will be disabled at the end of your billing period, but your data remains safe and exportable.

Yes! You can generate and send physical letters directly from the app, optionally with attachments. We partner with print & mail providers for secure delivery.

Log in on a new device with your email and password or restore using your backup/archive file (.vi). For additional security, biometric or PIN protection is available.
You can add and manage multiple addresses in the app. Each address can be used as a sender for outgoing documents or letters.
If your Pro status isn't reflected, try restarting the app or using "Restore Purchases" in Settings. If issues persist, contact support and include your Apple receipt.
